ADP is a great company to work for, especially if you are raising a family. Stable environment, excellent benefits, and good work/life balance. They do HR very well. Lots of internal opportunities to grow.

Cons

ADP is a big established company and is slow to change. There are pockets of real innovation, but you might not find yourself working with the most exciting new technologies.
