Pros

Overall good place to work. Company is ethical and treats employees well. Good benefits and pay. Some cutting edge work is available. Very supportive coworkers.

Cons

A lot of legacy apps and technologies around that must be maintained. Leadership style of some managers is outdated and sometimes unpleasant. Some unrealistic expectations.

Pros

Good financial stability. A few good visionary people. Somewhat OK perks. You get judged by the time you put in instead of the quality of work you deliver.

Cons

Full of corporate politics. Deserving people often get left ignored. Management takes pride into driving people out, they don't like. Discussion salary requirements with your immediate manager is a huge problem. It should be discussed with HR instead.

Pros

Stable company, lots of work to do. Very extensive market reach, both in US and across the world

Cons

While executive management is proactive and eager to see formidable changes towards the next chapter of a redefined ADP, senior and middle management can't seem to get their act together to implement the executive vision in an effective, long lasting and meaningful way. Lots of changes, many detrimental, mostly pointless. Senior-and-below management seems to be addicted to follow trend, rather than setting trend. As a result, we got dragged around doing this, that and the other, while really not moving the needle on things that matter. IOW, lots of busy work, but nothing to show for. Another thing: iT management is gutless. Unwilling to take risk and charter into unknown, we end up following 'proven' strategy that really are better termed as outdated. Buyers beware...
