I love everything about ADP. The company truly cares about their employees and the culture is beyond amazing. Knowing what I know, I would take a pay cut to work here.

Cons

I can’t think of any other than lack of PTO. It’s not bad but it’s not great either.

Work life balance within your control; great opportunities including wide range of roles; training; certifications; community service; business resource groups

Cons

Since we work in payroll, there are black out periods during holidays, however once you get used to this and understand why, it becomes part of your life

ADP claims to be a technology company, however, they are anything but that. Their systems are old school. The leadership does not get it. They seem to be unable to comprehend that their systems are manual and out-dated. ADP needs new leadership who are innovative and visionary. They continue to lose business because they just don't get it and refuse to listen to those that do.
