Pros

I enjoy the people I work with and the campus. I enjoy the understanding that tattoos and piercings are okay and that ADP is ahead of the curve on acceptance.

Cons

Implementation is a nightmare. Pay is lower than average, very overwhelming work load, lax management, upper management seems very out of touch. Would not recommend working in Implementation or at ADP in general really. Training was laughable.

Pros

There is a drive for creating a team atmosphere and there is a tremendous amount of training available.

Cons

There have been weeks where I had to work over 80 hours. The amount of work to do does not match the deadlines for delivery, especially for new employees.
