Many leadership changes throughout my 20 years. Many of them with different visions that never seem to pan out.

Training and managerial oversight/mentorship; independence on projects (but help if you need it); options to expand and learn outside your realm; ability to show your skills within your team for maximum client effectiveness.

Cons

No middle ground. You are either new and learning, or experienced at a great level. There is no bell curve, to age, experience, success.
