Pros

Strong infrastructure supporting virtual workers; good training opportunities, particularly for those newer in corporate roles; constant changes in industry and technology, allowing growth for those seeking to broaden and strengthen careers. ADP is a dynamic company and a good organization that wants to do the right thing for people.

Cons

My biggest downside was the lack of work/life balance - not only for me personally, but within divisions of the company there were vast differences in required time on the job. Constant re-organizations and shifts in processes added to the stress for mid-level managers as well as those who are client-facing. Within teams, you find people striving to help others, but there are silos across divisions that make coordination and client support hard.

Pros

Good environment, great benefits, flexibility is great.

Cons

Poor strategic planning. You never know the direction the company is going in so it makes you uneasy about the future.

Pros

ADP was once a great place to work! Salary and benefits are comparable to industry standards. If you're hired, you have a better chance to move around within the company to further your career.

Cons

Zero work/life balance! ADP only cares about revenue. Once the ink is dried on the sales contract, forget about client satisfaction! Employees are over worked and under appreciated. There is no loyalty - in fact, the longer you are with the company, the risk of being let go skyrockets! It's not worth the "all work" - "no life" culture that is expected from all employees.
