There is something new to learn everyday so the job never gets boring. Great people there as well; everyone was very friendly, professional, and willing to lend a helping hand.

Cons

There could be a lot of last minute changes that spring up on you.

Pros

Loved working for ADP. I was there 15 years when our division was spun off. Great leadership, benefits and drive to do what was best for the customer.

Cons

No real flexible work hour options, and they didn't really have many part time opportunities for those looking to dial back your work hours. Compensation was on the low side, but lots of additional perks.
