Not the best company I've been working for

Pros

Not many in the department I've been working for.

Cons

The company is very revenue-oriented and the management treats us just like numbers, the resources and workload allocations are done with the wrong criteria and they act like a start-up when they are not. No ESPP, no ticket restaurant, no gym discount... no benefits at all.
