Solid organization with professional standards and prose. Very good benefits and friendly peer staff.

Cons

IT organization going through major redesign and growing pains are painfully evident. Very difficult to exact change in an overly structured environment. 'Too big to see the big picture'.

None for this position. All other positions are much more flexible.

Cons

No growth opportunities for people on FMLA. Managers look down on associates on FMLA. 72 hour notice required for any change in schedule exceeding 7 minutes from shift start time which is ridiculous. No incentive/ bonus. No incentive for performance. No motivation to perform. No respect for this position. No work from home opportunities for this position. No work life balance. Managers not aware of policies and very incompetent. This is not a call center position as the management claims.
