      Pros

      ADP is a solid company that will be around a long time.

      Cons

      Politics. Plain and simple kissing ass is the most valued attribute at ADP. Flatter your manager or better yet his manager and you can be assured of a rapid rise through the ranks, regardless of all else. Accountability is unheard of. Most common tactic: promise the sky, then move to a different project before you promises fail to pan out. Beware, ADP is the #1 provider of outsourced HR in the US. As a result they know every little trick to keeping payrolls and benefits down.

      Try being a hard working faithful employee with a successful track and then being kicked to curb to maximize profits. Aka, Layoff's. This place is a joke. Do yourself a favor, don't do it.....

      If you are employed in India or the Philippines, or some other country where you are currently the cheapest just remember, enjoy it while you can, they are already looking for a cheaper place to move so they can replace you.

      Cons

      Just coming to work every day and looking into the sad, dark eyes of folks you have worked with for years and have done nothing but give to this company knowing they may not be employed for another day is challenge enough. There is NO loyalty or job security ANYWHERE in this company anymore.
