      If you dont mind being a road warrior this looks great on a resume

      Pros

      Great Training Program. Opportunities to grow within the company if you are willing to relocate. Looks great on a resume and opens up a ton of doors.

      Cons

      80% travel required. Pay is lower than competitors for sales professionals. T/heir non compete policy will lock you into looking for a completely different industry should you decide to leave. Problem is they sell such a vast amount of products to the industries they work in that your expertise in that area cannot be used in your next job.

      Pros

      There is a lot of opportunity for advancement You will recieve great training here across every functional area It is am infectious culture, you don't want to leave Sales is king here! Everything revolves around getting great customers in the door and keeping them happy. If you want to learn to sell come here. If you can sell, you will make lots of money here Best people. I know tons of people who are lifetime friends from working here, many who have got married working here and frequent stories of people leaving and coming back ADP is the market leader in every aspect. Don't let anyone say it doesn't have the best products & lots of support resources tons This place is run like an operational efficient machine & the people are very talented

      Cons

      There is alot of red tape & policies to navigate through With the exception of direct selling, it is hard to outpace the pace scale here. You can expect lots of experience and support, but you will give up personal market value when you get locked into pay grades and policy ADP values hard work & execution with disproportionate importance to intelligence, innovation & talent

      Big company with strong infrastructure and processes in place, but not the same for its culture and managers.

      Pros

      Big company with multiple divisions and business units with opportunities to grow and learn. Fair compensation, good benefits, and very good awards and recognition programs. Good training program for new hires. Very structured and solid processes in place. Strong infrastructure. Good products and solutions for small to mid size companies.

      Cons

      Culture, management style, micromanage and do not empower employees. Don't value employees, high turnover. Technology for large companies. Too big, sometimes clients don't get the attention required.
