      Pros

      They tell you all sorts of things that sound great, BUT its just what YOU want to hear.

      Cons

      Most of what leadership tells you is only half the truth, in the hiring process when you shadow, most of those people are miserable. You cold call in the training and they say thats the only time you will...BUT everyone cold calls to set their appointments. Not everyone has the same opportunity and didnt have the opportunity to make as much as their counterparts. The whole SBS office is in their young 20s, fratty guys and ditsy girls. There's a reason for this HIGH TURNOVER. They smarten up and get a BETTER job.

      Pros

      This is an awesome company to work for if you do just that...work! Great company culture, I have developed great friendships with the people I work with! The pay structure is fair and I have been awarded stock based on performance, our stock prices continue to rise which makes me happy! Great incentive trips - again work hard play harder culture where you are rewarded for the efforts you put forth! Great training program - you really know the company cares about your future because of the amount of time and energy that goes into the training program!

      Cons

      Retention is such a battle in the small business division, in an effort to keep turnover numbers low it seems as though we hang on to lazy reps who bring the positive vibes and energy down! That really is my only complaint.

      Politics, upward movement reserved for top 5%, not many opps outside of sales, you are only looked at favorably here if you are a top payroll sales rep, everyone else is a 2nd class citizen
