Pros

Good benefits and pay. Able to work from home in bad weather.

Cons

Long hours, no work life balance. Extremely stressful working conditions. Very difficult to be promoted. Hard work and long hours are not appreciated. Many of the metrics you are judged on for annual review are not controllable by Implementation Specialist. Closing offices with tenured people (20+ years or more) for new hires right out of college.

Pros

They overpay sales people to misrepresent the capabilities of the products. Especially Vantage. The company has been in business a long time and has many clients but losing them quickly as they are not able to keep pace with the changing tech market.

Cons

ADP is letting go much of its experienced talent in high cost markets and opening centers in Tempe, AZ El Paso, TX and NC. The company represents these are growth positions but they are not. They are bringing in low cost inexperienced folks and letting valuable seasoned talent go. NPS scores prove this out as they have declined the past three years in a row. Implementation and service teams are very ineffective especially the El Paso teams. Service tickets frequently remain open for days with no response to clients. Many clients are starting to take legal action against ADP.
