      good pay, flexible schedule, until recently very stable

      Poor communication from DS executives. Low morale, low loyalty. Fewer advancement opportunities, silo mentality continues, increasing office politics

      Pros

      Throwing coworkers "under the bus" is encouraged along with anything that can inflate your numbers no matter what ethical or quality issues may arise.

      Cons

      Awful incentives and shady practices with bonuses that practically eliminate annual raises.

      Pros

      Work life balance is good. If you like a job where you can just show up do as little as possible and stay employeed, then this is a good place. Many people that work there give very little effort and produce nothing and have been there 15+ years.

      Cons

      Extreme amount of silos and is very hard to get anything done if you work in a group that needs to work with many of the silos. If you are a go getter and want to solve problems this is not the place for you. The work environment almost encourages people to do as little as possible. I finally quit because I did not want to become like other people there.
