      Good place to start as a Recruiter - lot's of layoffs

      Pros

      Great stepping stone in Recruiting/HR to gain experience and exposure to different clients, ATS systems, etc. Ability to work on different clients/accounts Flexible work hours Competitive pay and benefits Great co workers, great leadership

      Cons

      Work load varies through out the year, there will be times you are slow and other times you are busy and working over 40 hours if exempt. Lots of layoffs, since 2020 there have been layoffs each year, sometimes 2-3 layoffs a year. I have seen several senior/tenured staff/employees laid off. Company is moving towards a hybrid model for both exempt and non exempt employees while other employees are still fully remote.
