      Access to HR data, possibly!

      Cons

      -Unprofessional interview experience. No time sense -Lack of rigor in methodology. -Using analytics is NOT data science -Using AutoML is a jeopardy to an individual's career.

      Treats their employees horrible

      Pros

      Started off remote. Then they forced a 3 day in office.

      Cons

      You have to take calls every 7 minutes after a call. You only get a 30 minute lunch and hour located in a busy area in Dallas so you have to rush to eat at your desk. You are expected to take calls all the way to the end of your shift even if that means staying past your schedule. They do not care about your work life personal life balance.
