Pros

Human Capital Management industry leader

Cons

Recently undergoing a workforce transformation and I fear they me be too aggressive in replacing experienced personnel with new hires which is creating a stressful work environment. Time will tell if risk / reward is worth it.

Pros

Coworkers were good for the most part. A lot of them got away with doing nothing while work horses made up for it.

Cons

Very unstable structure, constant changes in management. Layoffs constant for the last year and will be for the foreseeable future.

Pros

Decent benefits and a decent Tech cafe to address your administrative needs are the only two I can think of.

Cons

I don’t understand all the reviews that talk about flexibility and things being so great . It’s really not. It almost seems like someone in HR is posting all the positive reviews. Here are few things that summarizes it all: - Extremely political, everyone is a backstabber. So beware who you get comfortable with. Coz come year end raise, they can throw you under the bus. DON’T TRUST ANYONE!! - They don’t let you work from home. If you work 3 days in a row, you get pinged to state a reason. - They monitor your in and out times, you are on radar if it’s consistent. - They don’t have the basics. Eg, no cups to drink water. You have to get yours from home. If you forget, you have to buy a bottle from the vending machine. Everything is related to budget cuts. C’mon, it’s for water.. - I don’t even want to talk about stationary, you can imagine if there are no cups, there won’t be any pens or paper pads either. - They make inefficient people managers, who absolutely have had zero experience managing people in the past. So the so called managers start yelling at you for silly reasons as they are constantly in panic. - only few teams follow agile and few teams are technology driven. - They had a huge bunch of layoffs at diff times and depts over the year. They don’t replace them, but you end up working their jobs. So essentially, you are doing two to three people’s work and get paid like pennies. - there are people who do nothing and still in the company for 15yrs, makes everyone wonder why and who is keeping them here. If you really wanna grow, this is not the company. There are better places that can offer better pay and stability.
