Job security.. you can be awful at your job and they will still keep you around Commission checks can be good Flexible schedule

Cons

Low pay Terrible work-life balance. It will always feel like you are chasing a number. Excessive micro-management Lots of unnecessary drama and gossiping

Pros

Friendly culture, company swag giveaways, frequent site events for employees, good benefits, high starting salary.

Cons

At least half of the employees are burnt out. The work load is unrealistic, so no one has time to actually help the clients fully or help their teammates. Upper management promises big improvements that are never realized. Overly stressful environment, understaffed, and the pay is not worth what is “expected” from associates.
