      Work from home is nice

      Cons

      Workload is insane. Co-workers don't work well together, everyone cares about their interests alone rather than the greater good. There aren't enough resources or consistent, user-friendly reference tools for us to get answers. Things change faster than employees can adapt. Management doesn't know much about various work streams and what it is that we really do. Duties are too numerous for the positions. Absolutely no work/life balance.

      Pros

      ADP is a great company to have on your resume. The benefits are great, especially the amount of time off that is provided.

      Cons

      In my department there is very little room for advancement. It is also not re-assuring that all jobs for postings for my department are outsourced to El Paso, TX or the Philippines.

      Pros

      Compensation and benefits are great. The ability to work remotely is a huge benefit. Company policies are refreshingly progressive.

      Cons

      Getting things done is next to impossible due to the need to coordinate among multiple groups with different priorities and kingdom building. NJ dictates how things are done, usually in a bass-ackwards way. Senior leaders (esp. NJ) are aggressive, condescending, and micromanaging. New ideas and changes are not valued. Recognition is only given to a few star players. Fixing problems requires jumping through many hoops, causing apathy to flourish.
