      Nothing about this place has any pros

      Cons

      They only hire friends and promote their friends. If you have experience and are more qualified for a role they won’t promote you unless you’re their bestie.

      Toxic Work Culture & Little Pay

      Pros

      Schedule flexibility, the potential for high commissions but not likely.

      Cons

      The Dallas office feels like you are back in high school with the mean girl attitude from managers to its employees. Expect to be assigned a territory 30+ miles away from Dallas and spend way more than the monthly allowance on gas and car maintenance. Mangers will call you from sun up to sun down to make sure you are hitting their goals. The work-life balance does not exist.
