* Work-life balance (some people only have life and others cover for them by doing the work), but you can choose what you want to be so it's a plus overall if you are smart. * UX processes are followed. * Some managers are hands-on and involved stakeholders. * Good brand.

Cons

* low salary. * Slow process, platforms are outdated, not much addition for your portfolio. A feature may not see the light of the day for more than 8-12 months. Iterations are not part of the development process. * Some people are clear favourites who get away with anything. * Good people come in and leave quickly, so that's a sign. * Sexism (diversity is clearly not a priority - many female exits). * Some people act like know-alls (while not really delivering anything).
