Flexibility with schedule Paid days off Managers and VP are more like friends and don't micro manage We are a team who works together and plays together. Time together at work and outside of work is encouraged. Having recently graduated from college I am happy to be with a company who hires only young people. The atmosphere at ADP is fun. We get off early for happy hour team building and win lottery tickets, gift cards and bottles of alcohol on call days just for doing our jobs. I can see myself working here for a long time.
