      Pros

      There are many job opportunities available, especially if you don't mind relocating. The company has been growing well over the last few years and the leadership team is really focused on making the company even stronger.

      Cons

      Changing products and procedures keeps you very busy learning new things. Depending on the job, you may work long hours but no one will ever tell you that you work too much. Some departments are very by-the-book.

      Hard working committed staff tries to follow clueless mid-level managers while upper level management make empty and unbelievable promises.

      Cons

      That place never was, or never will be a place to grow, they hand pick their stars, and you can not win based on merit.
