      Pros

      Really awesome career opportunities. Several different departments and services within the organization for advancement. Low turnover.

      Cons

      Different departments offer different pay (can be much lower or higher) even if the job title/description is almost the same.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule. Nice co-workers. Directors over 50 yrs. old and tenure of more then 10 years are good to work for.

      Cons

      Management under 50 yrs. old or Directors less then 5 years tenure feel like they have to prove themselves. No growth for non-sales employees. Salaries are very low. Overload of work from higher level employees to lower employees required and a "be grateful you have a job, so don't complain" attitude.

      This is a workforce that cares about each other. Management does want to hear my opinion. Flexible work arrangement (including working from home) are available.

      Cons

      Silos do exist. I see progress being made in this area though.
