      - Wonderful and intelligent coworkers - Stability - Recognized name/company - Work/life balance

      Cons

      - Applications being developed should be mature after the time they've been in general release; not the case - things remain broken - Managers are promoted on the Peter principle - Silos, silos, silos despite the latest silo-breaker solution: Agile. - Opportunities for advancement, even if you try to create, are few and far between.

      Pros

      Paid training in their Retirement division upon hire to attain your licenses. They also had a fun fund for our office which I was able to tap into for the first year and create their first charity cycling team to benefit diabetes with the Tour De Cure in Philadelphia, PA.

      Cons

      It's very corporate. I don't see the advantage of wearing suits or ties when you are working inside sales and not actually meeting clients or customers in person.

      Pros

      The people are great. Tremendous growth and learning opportuniites. Good recognition programs. Definitely my "employer of choice".

      Cons

      I have seen some managers who are ineffective and left in their roles longer than they should be.
