Difficult to advance with more responsibility because everyone loves to work there. This may be only in some locations. ADP is huge and internal growth may be less difficult elsewhere.

Inept mid-level management that showed no signs of understanding day-to-day workflow. Constantly shifting expectations that had to due more with office politics and bureaucracy that results often led to motivation issues, and turn over was high for this reason.
