Cons
Tedious and dull. Recent internal restructuring has boxed employees into small areas of responsibility. Near-constant conference calls are needed to coordinate efforts between groups of similar and/or peripheral job functions. Processes are defined to a fault; often very difficult to follow if you are not intimately familiar with them. This results in many process requests falling into black holes or being denied and having to start all over from square one. Getting anything done is often needlessly time consuming and difficult.
