      Pros

      You will get good working environment. You will learn technology. Again it will depend on the project you land in to. Management is very good. Good employee friendly policies. Job safety is the other thing. Gym is available in the office. Hikes will be standard and depends on your performance which ranges from 8 to 20 percent. Variable pay will be paid out completely if you are an average performer. For hero's it will be more than what they see on paper.

      Cons

      Office cafeteria is a big nightmare for employees. Office chairs don't offer any lumbar support. Old chairs. From the career development perspective promotions will take lot of time as employee retention is more.
