      Pros

      One of the most best reason to be part of ADP is long progressing career. Its a stable company with good track record.

      Cons

      It is there in almost all organizations middle management does not understand their associates. Recruitment process is very long and sometimes takes more than a month.

      Pros

      Lots of HR processes in place means there are lots of tools for taking care of administrative aspects of your job. The benefits package is pretty good and the matching RSP contributions is sweet. I was paid well, but I've heard others say they weren't.

      Cons

      It's a big, bloated company. My department seemed unable to make strategic decisions -- they preferred to focus on the little, tactical issues and have lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots of meetings.
