Pros

Good experience to move on to a real career. Made some good contacts and again, got great experience. Not a place to stay long term. Reps are nothing more than stock drivers.

Cons

Ha, 20 word minimum, I don't even know where to begin. Put it this way. I was the top rep in my entire devision and made club, and I'm still leaving. Money can motivate sales people but it isn't everything. This job which includes the incompetent management, horrible implementation, bad client service, and completely asinine training system will run out the best which has been the case for years. I'm not the first nor the last great rep to quit out of the blue. I don't suspect anyone really cares and I will be forgotten about within a few months. I'm now working for a company that rarely ever hires or loses employees in another industry. I treat adp as the necessary evil to get such a great job...stepping stone!

Pros

Great Salary and benefits, there are some nice people that work within the organization. The feeling is mixed when it comes to satisfaction about their time at ADP. Some are there just because it's a paycheck.

Cons

Leadership seems to lack the support that will enable sales associates to succeed. Hiring the wrong leaders is something they need to fix it appears. Obviously not all the apples in the bunch are bad. It's always unfortunate that it only takes a few bad apples to ruin a good thing.

Pros

ADP offers its employees the ability to grow with the company which means it's never boring. The training is second to none too. Great benefits, great products and services that we're selling and supporting - I'm proud to work for the leader in this industry!

Cons

Downsides - it's challenging to work for a very large organization, because change doesn't happen as quickly as in smaller companies. While our total compensation structure is competitive in the marketplace, it would be nice to have a more aggressive base salary.
