Pros
- good work-life balance - flexible working hours - you can talk to anybody any time. Open door policy - helpful managers and colleagues - good brand name
Cons
- no proper policies for variable pay and hikes - too much variable pay which makes take home salary very low. - no proper recognition for work. It doesn't matter how hard you worked, the hikes/bonuses are going to be almost the same as non-performers (it might be on the lower side as well) - cafeteria food is not good - cooptive cab charge is very high (3,500 pm) and service is too bad. - little or no on sites - less growth opportunities.
