      Pros

      Work-life balance is good. Policies are very simple, support departments are good as it is a Product company, so no hectic and irritating processes. Flexible Working hours. Good Paymaster.

      Cons

      Not much recognition for people who invest quality time in giving their best.

      Pros

      I had worked for ADP India . So my perspective may be different while considering other locations. Best things are 1)Work Culture is very good . Every Associate is valued and respected . 2)Quite flexible work schedule and no pressure from upper management. 3)Open door policy. You can go and talk to any one . 4)Comparatively higher increments and hikes when compared to other industries in the market 5)Highly secure , always AAA rated and no lay-offs

      Cons

      1)Technology is kind of old and due to legacy reasons they strict to old technologies and change is not rapid (very slow pace)
