      Pros

      The Pros? ADP does indeed have a tremendous training program, mentor ship, and ongoing support. I'd highly recommend it for recent college grads, and young professionals alike.

      Cons

      The cons of the job are few but some are meaningful. Preference is provided to individuals who are more tenured with the company or more chummy with management. Territory discrepancies usually will go to the person who has more of the manager's ear.

      Competitive Salary, large market presence. Pull from exsiting client list. Competitors don't have that capability.

      Cons

      Ran like a college class room with the assumption everyone is half retarded. Senior Management has no clue how to run a PEO. 60 years over payroll culture is dominant. payroll way or the highway. high overturn. Extremly high. waste your time with childish meetings and activities. If your a pro look elsewhere. If your just getting in the biz this a good training camp.
