      Pros

      Employee centric with good benefits/perks. Top-down management style, you'll find some successful/great teams/individuals and average teams/individuals too. Depending on the group you get in (mostly) there is very little work pressure / push on delivery / constant learning.

      Cons

      You can easily get outdated fast / stagnated in the current role if your are not ambitious enough. Management style is not something world class, so, you might think that you are the best manager (if u learnt mgmt there) but that may not work well outside.
