Pros

It is a solid AAA company with strong ethic values. It has a lot of growing opportunities, ADP has reinvented itself several times on the last 60 years, always to keep its ability to serve clients with excellency. It is a very good place to work.

Cons

ADP culture in US is much more about team competiton than cooperation. You can find a lot of cooperation inside the teams, but it is like there is an open field where project teams compete against each other.
