      Pros

      Can't think of any reason except for the massive salary hike they gave me .

      Cons

      "Non technical" or very less technical work across RIM . No scope for learning No onsite opportunities No Cellphones on floor . "Moral" Policies , instigating fear in employees via hundreds of rules . Don't do this , Don't do that philosophy . Long commuting hours , bad transport facility .

      Job security - they don't lay off their employees

      Cons

      Grooming leaders from within a process. The groomed leaders tend to be narrow minded. Strict moral policing, including attire etc. followed even by senior leadership. No action against unethical practices of team member. "Integrity is nothing" when it comes to National Account Services group. Senior leadership may be good, but the lower leadership is immature and almost always biased. One beautiful picture to BU, a totally different reality faced by associate. Where is work ethics?
