      A good company for BPO Associates

      Good pay package, opportunity for BPO associates to jump to technology , more leaves , variable component more than 100% payout,

      Cons

      infrastructure maintenance , lack of onsite opportunities(if there then with a bond), no rotation of shifts , no focus on training, certifications and learning ,employees not allowed to carry cellphone , to stringent security checks which is sometime irritable

      excellent company good culture and a lots of facilities, flexible timings ..good quality work, good hike.

      less onsite oppornuties thats the only issue.
