Opportunity for good income if you have a Sales Executive (sales manager) that has had a winning team in the past two years and you get a territory in a strong market such as Dallas or Atlanta.
Cons
Avoid working for a new sales manager or one that has been under performing the past few years. Forget the hope of having a true "coach" as a manager. You better be a quick learner and put numbers on the board every single month (yes, they expect this even in the national accounts division).
