You either have to prospect like crazy, or be very well connected to succeed. Prospecting can only get you so far in this company. If you have a bad terrority and a clueless manager, then just hang in there for at least a year so that you can add it to your resume. Those that "bring in the most numbers", aren't necessary the most ethical ones, or the most hard working. Consider this company a resume builder.

Senior leaderhsip does not listen to employees. Two years of similar feedback and no change. Turnover has increased dramatically due to the intensity of the jobs. They cannot afford the resources that are needed to deliver their solutions, so the salaried employees are forced to work an absurd amount of hours. Compensation for higher-level positions, such as Client Relationship Managers and Account Managers are not systematic. No rhyme or reason why one person makes in the 50's and others are in the 100's. President of the company rules with fear.
