Pros
ADP has an incredibly competent senior leadership team who openly communicates and clearly values their employees. They recently released new mission, vision and values, all of which are focused and energizing. Developmental opportunities are extensive with TONS of training available both online and through a Knowledge Pay Program.
Cons
Like any large company, internal communications are sometimes a challenge, but ADP recognizes this and is constantly striving for improvements. There are a variety of communication methods that allow us to more easily collaborate.
