Pros

Good experience for someone looking for Sales mobility. Historically good training. Opportunity to sale both tangible and non tangible. Very good brand recognition.

Cons

LOTS of red tape. Depending on where your at management is suspect. Very low loyalty from employer. Typically entry level type of job.

Pros

Innovative culture, that welcomes new ideas and new technologies. If you have a good idea, and can create a business case around it, you can make it happen here. These gives a lot of opportunity to expand your skill set, while supported by a large, stable company (very rare from what I've seen in the workplace). A lot of autonomy is offered, as long as you are making or exceeding your goals.

Cons

Like any job, you have good days and bad. There are times where there is more pressure, and times when there is less. I've been here a while, and have learned to take in stride. I think most of this is how you choose to react to it, and your maturity level.

Very helpful and management is there to help you succeed. Lucurative pay, Awards, Business Trips, Company Car and solid organization.

Cons

Travel can be hard on a married person but it has to be agreed with your spouse. Travel, Love and Marriage.
