      Pros

      Best reasons to work at ADP? If you are at least 45% competent and keep your head down, you can stay here for a VERY long time. I know multiple employees that are practically worthless, who it's like pulling teeth to get any effort from, who have been here 15+ years. If you make it to 5 years, you can stay forever. I know more people who are here 10+ years than 10-.

      Cons

      Red tape. Lots and lots of red tape. Everything is 100% compartmentalized. You have to get sign-offs from 10 different groups to get anything done. Most managers spend about 50% of their time in conference calls.

      Pros

      Motivation is not something I think others are responsible for feeding an individual. In a professional setting, your own motivation is what counts the most. Relentless motivation will wear barriers thin, always. You can seriously grow in this company and set your sights realistically on any position.

      Cons

      There are times when I wonder about the commitment of some of my co-workers.
