      Pros

      ADP is a great place to work if you are only looking short-term and good training. The training isn't necessarily the best, but you will receive a ton of training that other companies will love to learn about. Overall, it helps to find a better job

      Cons

      At ADP you will put in a ton of time, and not be compensated as much as you should

      Pros

      For SBS, good place to get sales training, develop your business acumen, and test your work ethic. I liked my co-workers, no Dwight Schrutes in my regional office.

      Cons

      It's outside sales, so you need a thick skin. The products are outdated and prone to error. Customer support is poor, so you'll have clients calling you with technical issues that CS can't follow up upon. Advancement is only up and within sales division, no lateral moving.
