      Pros

      Coworkers and teleworking. Used to be a great company and still has potential. They do have good benefits but recently discontinued pension plan for new hires.

      Cons

      They continue to lay off experienced employees and expect those remaining to clean up the messes made by new employees. We were to train offshore employees with enthusiasm so they can eventually take our jobs. Turning into a call center. Constant reorganization. No promotions. No future for US based associates. Move to manila or india if you want to work there.

      Having a job is better than unemployment

      Don't believe any of the good reviews about ADP Atlanta. They are all written by upper management but made to sound like they are actual employees. Trust is non-existant. I wouldn't trust any member of upper management as far as I could throw them. Turnover in the Atlanta office was the worst I have seen in any company I have worked for. 10 to 20 new employees a month to offset the number of employees who quit on a monthly basis. ADP Atlanta is a toxic environment with no hope of promotion, raise or bonus. Complaints fall on deaf ears and HR is in managements hip pocket, they wont lift a finger.

      Lots of different types of positions. Good mobility between divisions. Competitive benefit packages.

      Cons

      Very focused on "what can you do for me today". No employee loyalty. Management team does not care about employees. Turnover is very high.
