Pros
* Helpful Colleagues atleast the majority * Social events - Free food/lunch atleast once a month * Most teams follow Agile but some are slowly catching up with it * Friendly environment * Good tech stack almost the majority of teams * hybrid * Good benefits options * very diverse!
Cons
* Alot of meetings! And I mean lots! * hierarchy * won't consider the employee despite any good work - the business/management is more important * some teams are very unmotivated or too rushed/pressured * if management thinks you good at one thing, they'll keep you on that - regarding career development, it's quite slow or less encouraged or others are given the priority. * drag and drop platform for frontend in one of the department - good but dont get stuck in it! Literally does no good for you but only for the business! It's not a desirable skill for other companies * colleagues are really nice but management pretend to help you when actually they go behind your back, even if you have a good professional relationship with them. Good but just be careful!
