They try to bring up moral with company outings, cookouts and giveaways.

Cons

Equipment is awful, stifling hot in the summer. Hr and management does not care about you. They encourage workplace bullying. Co stantlu want more work. Difficult to move up or around.

Supervisors were hard to work with and expected employees to run the whole day. Not a good experience.
