Nice local staff that are real people trying to take care of their families.
Cons
The ship is sinking. Those loyal to stay thru all the layoffs are not rewarded, only punished with more beauracracies and cost cutting measures. They never stop. Cut after cut, year after year. One bad week of utilization are you are toast. No they don't look at say a years utilization, they look week to week. They hire worthless district managers that don't generate an ounce of work, only lay people off. There is no future for Aecom and it is starting to collapse from its own weight.
