Pros
overall good employer, flexible to a certain point, offering hybrid work, had the pleasure to work with the best stakeholders i could have wished for, developed a lot, acceptable salary
Cons
dept management really poor, with huge lack of people skills, which is unfortunate in people management roles, highly political company, pushing hard for RTO, militate for mental health and employee wellbeing but in reality it’s just on paper in some regions or departments, could have done better with secondary benefits
