      Pros: Know I have a job to go to

      Cons

      No oversight of employees on project Pay falls short vs others in the same type of work and position No work life balance Unable to do any type of extra activities due to scheduling of days to work Over working dedicated employees due to high turn over rate Being managed by managers with no management experience Not being kept informed of what is going on in the project and being treated that information is on a need to know basis Being treated like a number vs a person but what should anyone expect in this size company Being used for your knowledge to build the project and when you are not needed being treated like you are not even a part of the team

      Pay was decent, some good perks for a large company.

      The whole place is a con. Unless you are one of the stockholders because that's what drives everything about this company.

      Take what you know and learned and get out. There doesn’t seem to be a lot of opportunities to grow and learn new skills. Training seems only based on necessity on a per project basis. Management doesn’t push for career development and keeps a person behind, which forces them to look elsewhere. People leave and responsibilities fall on a person, and then they don’t hire other people. They have lost so many good people so they can skim and get profits.
