      Good for the exposure, but don't stay for the long haul.

      Pros

      The flexible hours and over-time pay was the best part. You can also get exposure to the other business lines and will have a great number of resources at hand if you know how to access them, which is a skill set in and of itself. Aecom is flexible with how and where you work if you are a valuable asset.

      Cons

      The worst part was the lack of management and direction because it is such a large cumbersome beast in the industry, which created a stressful environment if you are driven and have professional goals. Your hard work will get lost in the crowd.
